The one hundred and eighteenth annual session of the Tennessee Baptist Convention was held November 17-18, 1992 at Convention Center, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Ron M. Phillips served as President of the Convention. Wallace E. Anderson served as Secretary. Andrew J. Prince preached the Convention sermon.
