The one hundred and fourth annual session of the Tennessee Baptist Convention was held November 14-16, 1978 at Woodmont Baptist Church, Nashville, Tennessee. Bill Sherman served as President of the Convention. Wallace E. Anderson served as Secretary. Gerald Stow preached the Convention sermon.
