Southern Baptist Convention Audio Recordings – 1971

The one-hundred-fourteenth session (one-hundred-twenty-sixth year) of the Southern Baptist Convention was held June 1-3, 1971 in St. Louis, Missouri.  Carl E. Bates of North Carolina served as President of the Convention.  The number of messengers registered was 13,716.  Clifton J. Allen of Tennessee served as Recording Secretary.  John R. Claypool of Kentucky preached the Convention sermon.
